Quotes and appointments
A quote request does not confirm an appointment. Service availability, the items to be removed, access arrangements, and the price must be confirmed with our team before work begins. Changes to the amount or type of material may require an updated quote.
Preparing for pickup
You must own the items or have permission to authorize their removal. Clearly identify what should go, set aside belongings you want to keep, and arrange access to the property. Tell us about building rules, stairs, parking restrictions, or other conditions that may affect the pickup.
Items and service scope
Acceptance depends on the materials and the agreed job. Describe unusual, heavy, or potentially hazardous items before booking. Paint, chemicals, and gasoline are not accepted. Services beyond the agreed removal and hauling must be discussed separately.
Scheduling changes
If you need to change or cancel an appointment, contact us as soon as possible. Any payment arrangements or additional job-specific conditions will be discussed when confirming your service.
